lf you have any problem installing the cover, ask the help of your trusted upholsterer. This guide intended, is only to help you to instal the Volcano Industry Seat Cover correctly. However, you may find a valid alternative.
Volcano Industry is not responsible for damage to things or persons during the assembling and setting of the seat cover.
You will need
- Safety glasses
- An Heavy Duty stapler with 6mm (1/4 “) tips
- Flat-tipped screwdriver
Before starting
Remove the old seat cover lifting it with a flat head screwdriver. lf you prefer, help with flat-tipped pliers. lf the original seat cover is glued to the foam, we advise you to mount the Volcano Industry Seat Cover above the old one.
Step 1
Start fitting the Volcano Industry Seat Cover from the front and taking care that it is well centered. Pin it with some first metal points by using the stapler on the perimetrie elastic, just turned on the rear body of the saddle (be aware that some models do not have the elastic).
Step 2
Pull slightly on the seat cover at the back and fix it with some other stoples making sure you have centered it well.
Step 3
After pinning the seat cover on the front and rear side, follow the some procedure on the sides making sure that there is the some amount of material turned both to the right and to the left. lf the seat cover has creases or appears to be small, pull the fabric and shoot some stoples to fix it. lf there are any creases or if you think you made some mistakes, remove some stoples and start over.
Step 4
After anchoring the seat cover to the four cardinal points, pull the fabric again and fix it along the entire perimeter with other stoples. The game is done! Mount the saddle on your bike and enjoy the speed…
